Spanish Lessons

Students at Learn and Help Spanish Academy will be enrolled in a class level based on the result of their pre-test. Prior to advancing to the next level, every student will be tested. Your learning progress is closely supervised by a Learn and Help Academy coordinator, as well as your personal instructor. Your schedule is confirmed by the Learn and Help Academy staff and materials are provided at that time.

Learn and Help Academy staff will contact you once they have received your complete registration to schedule your classes, arrange details for your arrival and departure, and confirm your accommodation request. Please review the information below prior to completing your registration.

Schedules

Timings: Classes take place at the Learn and Help Academy located in Antigua, Guatemala. They are coordinated in two or four hourly sessions per day. Students can select morning sessions between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm or afternoon sessions between 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Students must request the weeks, dates, and hours that he/she wants at the time of payment. The schedule will not be valid until the confirmation from Learn and Help Academy staff.

Minimum Hours: Students must take a minimum of two consecutive hours on the same day and register for a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Schedule Changes: Any change in schedule must be reported to Learn and Help Academy staff one week in advance, no later than Friday, 12 pm Guatemala time.

Materials

When you receive confirmation for your class, you will receive Humanity First Spanish textbook(s) at your level free of charge. The curriculum includes material and instruction in grammar, writing, speaking, and reading.
